Clients hiring equipment are generally responsible for collection and return. However, we can also arrange delivery and collection through our own HGV/LGV transport fleet (subject to availability) or via approved courier services, ensuring flexibility and convenience for every event. To maintain security and protect all parties, we require rigorous ID checks, deposits, and/or proof of insurance before any hire can commence.
